All employees that are involved in the process of removing non-licensed asbestos material.
This training course is designed to instruct delegates how to work on or adjacently to lower risk ACMs of a type not requiring an HSE license. Training generally follows HSE's Asbestos Essentials Task Manual HSG 210.
Classroom based training with practical exercises.
The Task manual refers to a range of equipment and methods that must be followed in order to make sure that work is done safely and it is recognised by enforcement agencies as a guide to good practice.
The training module is designed to help employers meet the above requirement by explaining the effects of asbestos on the health of individuals, the types and uses of material likely to contain asbestos fibre, the location of theses materials in buildings, and the procedures for the minimising the risk through safe handling, management and disposal.
Core Modules:
A very interactive course designed to engage the delegates in both a theoretical and practical environment.
