Delegates with no experience of railway signalling who require a basic understanding either as new entrants to the industry or technical staff/managers wishing to improve their knowledge of the signalling function.
On completion of the course delegates will have an understanding of signalling equipment and terminology.
Signalling is explained in a manner that avoids excessive "jargon". Theoretical classroom sessions with practical demonstrations.
On completion of this course the delegates will have gained a basic knowledge of signalling principles, practices and equipment to enable them to perform their required duties more efficiently. Delegates will be able to understand some of the technical terms associated with this discipline and thus aid communication in the workplace.
