This course is aimed at Middle and Senior Level Managers and is designed to challenge beliefs and attitudes to safety management.
The safety of the team and visitors to any site is a key responsibility of every manager. All managers should appreciate the importance of safety on site, but do they endorse this through their own behaviour to minimise the risk of accidents?

Using a very practical and participative style, this course challenges managers to really consider personal ownership for keeping their site safe.
Features
Pre-course, delegates will be asked to:
- Review current H&S legislation relevant to their role.
- List the behaviours they currently use to comply with internal H& S policy and procedures.
- Recall a recent experience regarding a Risk Assessment, Planned Safety Inspection or Accident Investigations.
Post-course, delegates will implement, within eight weeks, the personal action plan they created on the course.
