WHO SHOULD ATTEND
All who require a basic knowledge of First Aid at work.
OBJECTIVES
The course will provide delegates with the knowledge and confidence to deal with basic First Aid Emergencies in the workplace.

• Airways, breathing, circulation (ABC)
• Assessment, calling emergency services
• Choking
• Wounds/control of bleeding
• Heart attacks
• Epilepsy
• Hypoglycaemia
• Burns and scalds
• Skull fractures
LEARNING APPROACH
Mixture of practical, classroom based and simulated incidents.
