Objectives

- Explain how to respond positively to the fears/issues raised by team members as a result of changes to business operations

Learning Approach
The course is highly participative and delegates will draw on their own experiences of change to respond to scenarios presented to them through the course.
Features
Pre-course, delegates will be asked to review the changes that have affected them over the last 10 years - both from a business perspective and outside work. They will consider how they handled the change(s) and what with the benefit of hindsight, they would have done differently.
Post-course, delegates will be asked to implement (within eight weeks of attending the course) the Change Action Plan they created on the course.
