Using a very practical and participative style, this course takes delegates through a project lifecycle to highlight how good practice at each stage combines to deliver a successful project.

Pre-course, delegates will be asked to review their personal experiences of being involved in projects and produce their own learning objectives for the workshop.
Post-course, delegates will implement the personal action plan they created on the course.
