WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Delegates who are required to maintain public emergency telephones.

OBJECTIVES
On successful completion of the course the delegate will be able to:
• Install and fault the Whiteley Electronics public emergency telephone system to first line maintenance requirements

CONTENT
• Use of documentation associated with the installation procedure
• Installation of control units
• Installation of crossing telephones
• Installation checking
• Functional testing
• Analysis of the control units self test diagnostics

LEARNING APPROACH
Classroom sessions with demonstrations and practical exercises.  Competence based theory and practical assessments are included.
