Content

Learning Approach

Classroom sessions, practical demonstrations and practical fault finding sessions on a working RRI system. Approximately 75% of the course is spent on practical work. Theory and practical assessments are included.

Features

Delegates have an opportunity to develop fault finding skills on a complex interlocking without compromising the safety of a working interlocking. The skills thus obtained allow the rapid resolution of potentially costly failures on lineside systems. The use of a system not connected to a working railway allows the introduction of a range of faults giving the delegate the maximum experience of potential failures on systems of normally good reliability.
