Anyone who needs an appreciation and overview of a Solid State Interlocking system.
Delegates with little or no knowledge of SSI who will have a role in an SSI project, maintenance, or a management function associated with SSI.
On successful completion of the course the delegate will be able to:
The course will be covered by theoretical sessions. There will be demonstrations on a complete working SSI system and simulator.
Allows a close look at a working SSI system in a safe environment for managers, supervisors and others who have an overview role over staff who maintain or design SSI systems.
Provides some "hands on" opportunities without compromising the working or safety of a lineside system.
